Mauricette Kobozo Yadibert, founder and CEO of Sarments Support Solutions LLC, leads with a clear vision: to deliver reliable, compliance-ready, and mission-focused services across janitorial, management consulting, emergency logistics, and government asset support. Her professional background spans over a decade of program implementation, team coordination, public service and operational leadership in complex environments.

Mauricette holds advanced degrees in Sustainable Development & Public Policy; International Relations and Peace & Conflict Studies, and is currently advancing her knowledge in non-technical Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks including ISO 31000, OMB A-123, and FISMA. Her approach balances strategic agility with discipline, cultivating a company culture that values precision, accountability, and responsiveness.
